Yemesarach is an informational and civic-services platform. It publishes public administrative data — offices, officials, services, projects, and budgets — and provides tools to submit complaints and reviews. It is not a substitute for official government correspondence, and it does not itself grant or deny access to any government service.
Reasonable effort is made to keep records accurate and current, but figures, hours, and contact details can change faster than they are updated here. Always confirm time-sensitive information directly with the relevant office before relying on it.
Complaints and reviews are moderated before being made public. Submissions must be truthful and must not contain defamatory, threatening, or unlawful content. Repeated bad-faith submissions may result in a submission being blocked.
You may not use the platform to scrape data at a rate that degrades service for others, attempt to bypass access controls, misrepresent the source of submitted content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Datasets published through the Open Data section may be downloaded and reused under the license noted on each dataset. Where no license is noted, the dataset is provided for public informational reference only.
Staff and editor accounts are provisioned for specific offices and roles. Account holders are responsible for the accuracy of records they create or edit, and for keeping their credentials secure.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for decisions made in reliance on information published here.
